JOB DETAILS:
Coca-Cola Beverages Zambia requires the services of Microbiologist reporting to the Quality Assurance Technologist. The primary role of the Microbiologist is to ensure that GMP standards are met on total site and ensure product hygiene standards are maintained as set by CCBZ and the The Coca-Cola Company.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Principle Accountabilities
• Carry out microbiological tests
• Carry out investigation on Microbiological out of specifications
• Perform GMP Audits
• Monitor Plant CIP routines
• Maintain Safety, Health and Environmental Standards

Skills, Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree – Food Technology or Microbiology
• Experience in FCMG will be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in food processing as a Microbiologist
