ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks the services of a Human Resources Manager – Zambia. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all aspects of the human resource function within the country office. The position is responsible primarily for staffing, recruiting, retention, performance management, employee relations, compensation, compliance, staff development and succession planning.
ICAP Zambia seeks to fill this position by 1 July 2022. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years work experience and possess a minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. A relevant Masters’ degree will be an added advantage. Prior experience of working in an International NGO on a managerial role will be essential.
