JOB DETAILS:
Our client, a Health Food Alternatives Producer, is looking for a General Manager to join their team
Responsibilities
• Daily Opening & Closing Of The Business Stock Management; Weekly Stocktakes Daily Stocksheet Balancing; Raw Ingredients, Grocery Ingredients, Packaging, Labels, Sanitary Products etc. Daily Operational Tasks; Coordination & planning of weekly/daily production agendas, Coordination & planning of weekly/daily procurement lists, Coordination & planning of weekly order dispatch schedules
• Maintaining Customer Relations; Receiving Sales Orders, Issuing Bi-monthly Statements, Invoicing Orders, etc.
• Employee Supervision; Managing Department Heads, Delegation Of Work, Ensuring Time Efficiency In Operations, Theft Monitoring (CCTV installed but physical walking throughout facility necessary, conducting random searches etc), Planning Monthly Team Meetings (Performance Based, Team Building Based, Fun Based), Remote Management of Merchandisers In Stores & Their
• Reports & Records - Utilities Records, Daily Log Books (Sign In Book, Zesco Log etc), Facility Maintenance (General Observations of anything that needs to be tended too)
• Quality Control - All aspects of the business; Food & Drinks, Hygiene Of Equipment & Facility, Hygiene Of Staff, etc.
