JOB DETAILS:
Distributor Recruitment
Vivo Energy Zambia, supplier of an international lubricant brand is expanding its distribution network nationwide and is therefore looking for partners who are willing to become lubricant distributors
Areas of focus are Choma, Livingstone, Mansa, Mongu, Luangwa and Chipata

Eligibility
Applicants must possess the following qualities;
1. A passion for driving excellence in clients service;
2. Ambitious
3. Ability to strictly follow ethics and compliance rules and standards
4. Relevant experience in the oil and FMCG industry,
5. Knowledge of financial management including but not limited to management of working capital, costs monitoring and savings, P&L management, and Human resources management);
6. Minimal experience in Health, Security, and Safety matters, and
7. Ability to deliver results through the management, motivation, and development of teams.
8. A clear business plan and distribution capacity into spare part shops

Financial Criteria:
Working capital required ranges from 1 000 000 ZMW plus.
