JOB DETAILS:
Sitoti Mission Rural Health Centre seeks to recruit a suitable qualified individual on a contract Base to fill in a vacant position of DATA ENTRY CLERK- 01 to be based at Sitoti Mission Rural Health Centre sioma, Western Province
Qualification:
• Any of the following: Diploma in ICT, Diploma in Social Science, Diploma in community development
• Ability to work with Smart care
• Full Grade Twelve Certificate
• 2-3 years of work experience
• Age between 25 to 35 years
• Preferably a devoted Christian
• A monitoring & Evaluation certificate will be an added advantage
• Training in Smart care is highly recommended
General Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Weekly, Monthly Reports
• Preparation of Quarterly Trends and Reports
• Reconcile Smartcare Files and Registers entries
• Compile Daily Appointment Lists for ART
• Smartcare technical support to users
• Able to prepare and present daily , Weekly & Monthly Data Review meetings
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Skills and Personal Attributes:
• Must have excellent computer skills and full knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal communication skills
