Description

  • Supervising the sales admin team (Back end Operations support for the Field Sales Team)
  • Coordinate export sales
  • Tracking Reports on Export Sales & Prospects
  • Commercial Invoice/Quotations for Exports
  • Coordinate with sale representatives on customer inquiries, feedback and improve supply chain of cement (inbound/outbound activities) of Exports
  • Managing and issuing instructions to create orders as per customer’s instructions.
  • Custodian of ATCs Booklets
  • Archiving of Customers’ Sales Orders
  • Checking & Processing of Export Customers’ Acquittals
  • Cross functional duties as assigned by the  GM SALES AND MARKETING

Requirements

A Degree in Business Admin, Economics & Social Science

  • Minimum years of Work Experience: 7-10yrs
