Requirement of Assistant Accountant, reporting to Admin & Finance Manager
- Candidate must have completed Level 3 of ZICA, Full ZICA will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with ACCA equivalent qualification are welcome.
- Should be a member of ZICA. Should have an ability to work in computerized environment.
- Working experience of not less than 5 years.
- Self-starter with strong grounding in Accounts and Taxation.
- Should be able to supervise staff.
- Able to reconcile Ledger Accounts.
- Must have knowledge of the Taxation system in Zambia & must be able to work out Tax Computations.
- Must have knowledge of Pastel Accounting System.
- Must be willing to learn other Accounting packages.
- Must have analytical skill.
- Must be able to communicate properly in both verbal & written communication.
- Must be able to handle pressure.
- Must have attention to details.
- Knowledge of VIP Payroll Package is added advantage.
