o Conversant with the labour law
o Comfortable with handling disciplinary processes
o Able to calculate Leave days, gratuity, terminal pays
o Understands or has worked with collective bargaining agreements
o Able to draw up and manage employee contracts.
High excel proficiency is a must
Self-motivated
Organized
Good writing and communication skills
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years Human resources consultancy experience
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a Retail/Security set up
