JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a gastronomic expert to join our company as Head/Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will need to be creative, develop new dishes, determine specials of the day, and put together a menu that feels fresh and exciting to our company’s executive directors and our distinguished guests
Executive
Chef Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinating the work responsibilities of the kitchen
• Management of food and beverages
• Following and creating recipes
• Budgetary planning and management
• Improving customer/client relations
• Improving profitability
• Consulting, advising and operational deliveries on all culinary aspects
• Keeping stations cleaned and organized
Executive Chef Requirements and Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience in directing kitchen and restaurant settings.
• Diploma or higher degree in culinary art
• Refined/sophisticated palate
• Leadership skills such as leading a team of cooks, teaching line cooks new recipe and managing a kitchen staff
• Past experience as Executive Chef, General Manager or Senior Manager will be an added advantage.
