Candidates should have the following qualifications/qualities:
• Grade (12) school certificate.
• Must have a minimum of a certificate in Hotel Management or related field.
• Must have a minimum of one year proven working experience in the position
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be friendly
