JOB DETAILS:
Warehouse Supervisor
Overview
• Coordinate and provide necessary leadership to carry out all activities with respect to warehouse systems and processes
• Supervise, train, mentor and measure productivity of warehouse team in line with warehouse operational goals
• Maintain a positive and close working relationship with other functions
• Manage all system controls and supervise system transactions
• Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
• Supplier relationship and development to optimize quality and performance
• Managing overhead expenditure within budget constraints

If you have the following:
• Minimum Degree in Logistics/ Supply chain or related field
• 4 years supervisory level experience in logistics, transport – related business
• Working knowledge of computerized office systems, warehousing applications,
• Budget planning and management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Project and inventory management skills
• Quality results oriented
• Teamwork and cooperation
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
