Experience and qualifications
Minimum Qualification – Relevant Degree in Informatics or equivalent Preferred Qualification – Recognized Process Analysis, Optimisation certification or similar Experience – 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior management level Additional information and responsibilities additional requirements responsibilities Provide and maintain subject matter expertise Creates solutions to meet customer demands Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across business areas and across the group Manage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectives Identify and encourage participation in activities that are appropriate for own and employee development in area of responsibility
