Working closely with the senior management team, in the agricultural sector, the purpose of this role is to gather data and transform it into information that can be utilized to effectively make business decisions and actions. The role involves acquiring data from relevant business sources, interpreting the data, developing databases, identifying trends, creating reports on a weekly basis and supporting the team to prioritise business goals. This job is well-suited to someone who is highly organized, has strong mathematical and analytical abilities, and works well as part of a team. The ideal candidate should be able to work with minimum supervision, have excellent excel and powerpoint/presentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, or data science, as well as the following abilities:

• Analytical thinking
• Highly organized and self motivated
• Ability to work well with all levels of the organisation
• Mathematical skills
• Excellent IT skills and proficient with Microsoft packages especially Excel
• Powerpoint presentations
• Experience Agriculture, FMCG, Consultancy and retails are an added advantage
• Zambian nationals only
