Role Purpose: Grow Sales services within Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Mozambique focusing on commercial farmers (B2C) and organizations working with smallholder farmers (B2B)

Key Areas of Accountability:

  • Growing Sales Revenues for B2C
  • Growing Sales Revenue for (B2B )
  • Customer Relations and Key accounts management
  • Product Development
  • Marketing Support
  • Administration Support
  • Managing local operations for local sample preparation and spectral testing

Job Responsibilities;

  • Managing sales of wet chemistry laboratory services for key large scale commercial farmers and fertilizer companies across Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Mozambique involved in commercial dryland and irrigated crop farming
  • Carry out farmer focus activities like scheduled farm visits, presentation of Laboratory services, sampling, and presentation of results including after sales follow up to ensure client retention.
  • Coordination of junior Customer Success Agronomist to carry out sampling, preparing samples and coordination and follow up with dispatch and logistic team in to assist in shipping of the samples to Kenya for analysis.
