Assistant Parts Manager

Description

JOB ROLES
-Inventory management ,stock evaluation and Reports
-Oversee daily front office operations and stock orders
-Oversee interbranch operations and stock movements between Lusaka and Kitwe offices
-Handle communications between local and international suppliers
-Update order tracking schedule and status
-Handle customer inquiries and queries
-Supervise and inspect warehouse binning accuracy and picking rates
-Oversee inspection procedures/periodic counts/Training of front office staff

Requirements
– Minimum Business Administration Diploma
– Knowledge of inventory monitoring practices and ERP systems
– Minimum 5 years working in the Automotive Industry in a similar role/Capacity
– Able to work in a busy environment with minimum supervision
– Proficient in MS OfficeScania Zambia
