Name of Position: Administration and Human Resource personnel
Term of engagement: 2-6 months’ probation with possibility of being considered as a full employee

Scope of work

Recruitment of company personnel
Work with finance department to process monthly payroll
Drafting contracts and offer letters for new team members
Implement disciplinary actions in accordance with company employee manual and HR policies
Update HR policies and educate all team members on any such changes
Keep abreast of any changes in Zambian labor laws
Maintain employee records
Conduct benefit analysis of all departments
Schedule performance appraisals for team members
Keep track of attendance and leave days for all team members

Must be available to start work immediately
Good knowledge of digital skills and the ability to apply them in a working environment
Demonstrates professional competence; contributes significantly to all staff members
Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, mature, professional team player, who is a strong communicator, with good interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage effectively a team of more than 50 emplyee
Can work with minimal guidance and supervision
Qualifications and Experience

Full grade twelve certificate
Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
Proven experience in Human resource management and Administration
University degree or diploma in, Human resource management, Business Management/Administration, accounting/finance fields, Human resource management or related field; professional development certification in talent management, including learning and development, coaching, facilitation and related areas considered an asset
Preference of training skills, including participatory training in group settings
Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
